03 Account Registration & Verification

4.5 Currency

If a payment is received in a foreign currency, it will be converted to BDT at the prevailing rate at the time of processing, and any conversion costs are borne by the player.

05 Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

• Bets are only valid once they have been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued to you by the ku89 system.

5.3 Maximum Winnings

ku89 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are published in the relevant betting rules sections and may be updated from time to time. Any winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout for a given market will be reduced to the applicable maximum. ku89 will notify players of any applicable payout cap at the time of bet placement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and their accounts may be permanently closed.

6.4 Welcome Bonus

Where an account is closed for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), ku89 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an account is closed without cause, any legitimate balance remaining in the account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
